A structured partnership model in which childcare centers become designated host sites for scheduled PWR counseling services, including group sessions when clinically appropriate and permitted. NEST is designed to reduce barriers to care by meeting families where they already are.

NEST is not a referral-for-payment arrangement.
NEST is not a model where childcare staff provide therapy.
NEST is not a guarantee of insurance coverage or reimbursement.

PWR Wellness Group, LLC provides: 

1. Qualified counseling professionals
2. Intake and family onboarding
3. Clinical decision-making and documentation
4. Scheduling coordination with the site
5. Insurance verification and billing (when applicable)
6. Program oversight and compliance controls

The childcare center (NEST Partner Site) provides:

We assess space, privacy needs, scheduling, and workflow readiness.

Step 3: Partnership design
We define service blocks, site roles, and operational boundaries.

Step 4: Agreement and onboarding
We finalize a written agreement and complete training and readiness steps.

Step 5: Launch and ongoing support
Services begin on an agreed schedule with ongoing coordination and periodic review.
