NEST is an acronym for Neighborhood Emotional Support and Treatment. The NEST Partner Network℠ is PWR’s community partnership program designed to expand access to behavioral health services for children and families by partnering with childcare centers. Through NEST, childcare centers can serve as trusted access points for early emotional and behavioral support while PWR provides the clinical services and manages intake, documentation, and billing responsibilities.

A structured partnership model in which childcare centers become designated host sites for scheduled PWR counseling services, including group sessions when clinically appropriate and permitted. NEST is designed to reduce barriers to care by meeting families where they already are.
NEST is not a referral-for-payment arrangement.
NEST is not a model where childcare staff provide therapy.
NEST is not a guarantee of insurance coverage or reimbursement.
